Let's get started! - ACTIVITY N°1

Hello kids! Welcome to our first virtual class! Today’s activity is related to PRESENT CONTINUOUS. On the first page, you will read a story about actions that are happening NOW.

Below the story, you will find a chart with missing information about how we form the present continuous.

Complete it by writing your answers in a Word document and send it by email to your teacher. 

On the second page, you can find some information about Present Continuous. Please read it carefully and attentively. If you have any doubts, ask them via email to your teacher.

On activity 3, you have to complete the chart by writing the –ing form of each verb in the correct column. Pay attention to the spelling of the infinitive form of each verb.

Remember that when a one-syllable verb ends in consonant – vowel – consonant we need to double the consonant before adding the –ing.

On activity 4, you have to complete the sentences using the present continuous. Pay attention to the subject of the sentence (who is performing the action?)

For activities 3 and 4, please write your answers in a Word document and send it by email to your teacher.
