SPECIAL ACTIVITY - COOPERATIVE WORK:
WRITING A STORY WITH A FRIEND

ACTIVITY 1: Look at these pictures and read the short story

Jen and Chris go to the same school. One day, Chris sat with Jen in art class. They shared all their pencils and made beautiful drawings together. After class, they walked home together, but it started to rain. Chris covered Jen's head to protect her from the rain. When Jen got home she wanted to say "thanks" to Chris, so she made him a card. The next day, Jen gave the card to Chris and he was surprised. He loved his new card and he was happy he had a new friend!

ACTIVITY 2: Work with one friend and create your own short story about friendship! You can invent a story together or you can tell the story of something that has happened to you. 

You can make a videocall with your friend to work on this special activity.😊💻

Follow these steps:

1 - Imagine what is going to happen in your story.

2-  Make at least four drawings (you can make more if you want to) in your binder to represent important parts of the story.

3- Write your story together! Use the story from activity 1 as a model.

4- Send your teacher a picture of your drawings and your story. Next Wednesday, tell the story in class and show your pictures!

Buenas tardes, familias!

Esperamos que estén teniendo una linda semana.

En el día de hoy les proponemos una actividad de escritura creativa conjunta.

Para comenzar, los chicos y las chicas deben observar las cuatro imágenes de la actividad 1 y leer la historia que estas cuentan. 

En la actividad 2, les proponemos juntarse virtualmente con un/a amigo/a de su grado y relatar una historia acerca de la amistad. Para esto deben seguir los siguientes  pasos:

1- Imaginar qué sucesos contarán en su historia (la misma puede ser inventada o pueden contar algo que les haya pasado a ellos/as)

2- Realizar al menos  cuatro dibujos (pueden ser más si así lo desean) que representen partes importantes de la historia.

3- Escribir la historia juntos. Para este paso deben utilizar la historia de la actividad 1 como modelo. Pueden tomar expresiones o palabras de la misma si lo desean.

4- Deben enviar una foto de sus dibujos y de la historia a su respectiva docente. El miércoles que viene podrán compartir sus dibujos y sus historias en clase con sus compañeros.
